===== Editor =====
The RPG editor RPG Next Gen is based on the Eclipse Platform (Eclipse RCP (([[http://www.eclipse.org/home/categories/rcp.php| Eclipse Rich Client Platform]])) ) and tries to integrate as much into Eclipse and use as much of the already existing standard Eclipse views and features as possible.

Because of this it helps a lot to know how the Eclipse Workbench works. The [[http://help.eclipse.org/ganymede/topic/org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/gettingStarted/qs-02a.htm | Eclipse documentation]] has an excellent beginners guide of the workbench.
